We assume full responsibility for the safe handling of fuel during transit, including adherence to all applicable transport regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures. Any risks, incidents, delays, or liabilities arising during transportation remain under the responsibility of our company until the fuel is successfully delivered to the agreed delivery point.
Fuel procurement, pricing, quality, and depot operations remain the responsibility of the fuel supplier or authorized depot. Our role is strictly limited to professional fuel transportation services from the designated depot to the customer.
